WHO ARE WE

Emerald Drainage is an Irish pipe dream come true - quite literally - born from the shared vision of two best mates, Darren and Mark.

What began as a long journey in Christchurch finally took proper shape when we landed in Auckland in 2020.

The name “Emerald” pays tribute to our Irish roots, and from day one, this has been - and always will be - a family-run business. 

We’ve built a solid reputation through relentless hard work, ethical practices, and fresh thinking. Our focus is always on delivering projects our clients can count on — with honesty, strong relationships, and uncompromising work ethic at the core.

As a company, we’re always learning and evolving — seeking better ways to deliver, build, and grow.

Drainage might not be the most glamorous part of a project, but it’s one of the most important. If it’s not done properly, it causes issues down the line. That’s why we take it seriously. At Emerald Drainage & Civil, we work alongside our clients, engineers, and other contractors to make sure the job gets done right - from planning through to the last pipe or final pour.
